Chicken BBQ Fundraisers
Fundraisers are an established part of Carrubba's history — helping organizations across Erie County raise money since 2020.
The team provides the chicken, sides, containers and plasticware, while the organization sells tickets, collects payment and helps assemble the dinners.
Traditional Fundraiser
Example: if the organization charges $15, it keeps $5 per meal.
Includes:
- Half chicken
- Buttered spuds
- Coleslaw
- Dinner roll
- Carrubba's garlic butter dipping sauce
Carrubba's provides: containers, plasticware & cooks the food.
Organization provides: ticket sales, payment collection & dinner assembly.
Typically requires: 10–12 volunteers
Lower-Minimum Fundraiser
Example: if the organization charges $15, it keeps $3 per meal.
