About our Restaurant
Based out of Buffalo NY, Carrubbas Chicken Pit was established in April of 2020 by owner Mike Carrubba. In our first year of operation we worked with many different organizations, churches and fire departments to help raise capital during a global pandemic. We are committed to providing exceptional service by using ingredients and equipment of the highest quality. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
The Carrubbas crew can be found all over Erie county pretty much every week during the season. Our POP UP events include our extended menu (fresh cut fries, loaded spuds, pulled pork sandwiches etc.)
